First Premier Bank, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is an award-winning bank that is widely recognized for its high interest rates and advanced features. The bank is also known for its dedication to offering customers affordable and convenient alternatives to traditional banking. Thus, anyone who knew the phone number could take advantage of the offer. However, the most important aspect of this card was its lack of customer service number.
For some, this might have been acceptable. For those who had an interest in building their credit score, this may not have been a problem. First Premier Credit Card would allow one to build up points through using a regular Visa or MasterCard and then apply for a First Premier Credit Card once they reached a certain amount of points. By having these points, one would be able to purchase items at a significant discount. However, First Premier Credit Card did not have a customer service number, which is probably one of the main reasons it was rejected in terms of offering cash back incentives.
The lack of customer service number was a huge issue for those who wanted to take advantage of this great offer. One could only imagine how many people would be trying to call the 800 number to inquire about the program and if there would be any help available to them. Thankfully, some companies learned from the experience and implemented an automatic 800 number dialing feature, which solved the problem of trying to reach the customer service number. Another positive point of First Premier Credit Card was that once you were a member, you received a special discount on your purchases from the credit card company.
Other than the negative points, First Premier Credit Card was a great card to have. It offered cash back rewards and an attractive annual fee for the convenience of not having to carry around a balance.
