The official Apple Application Guide has been updated with information on the release of the newest version of the iPhone and iPod touch, known as the “iReader” and “iTune” products. With the latest update, credit card applications are now permitted on all devices that support mobile downloads. This includes the iPhone and iPod Touch. Here's how it works.
The application process is exactly the same for both the iPhone and iPod Touch. If you have a registered credit card account with a bank or other financial institution, you can continue to make your payments in the same way that you have always made them. By updating your credit card application, you will simply be sending an electronic file, which the system can read. This file is designed to let the system read your payment information so it can process your request.
The only difference between the latest iPod Touch and iPhone application updates is that now you need a computer with an Internet connection and a credit card with a participating bank to process your purchase. After you download the latest version of the App, your credit card information is automatically updated whenever your account changes. The process is seamless and does not interfere with your normal banking activities at all. The new Apple cards are compatible with all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and JCB. Once your payment information has been updated, the process is complete.
There are a few steps that you'll need to take to get started. The first thing that you'll do is go to the application page and follow the simple steps. After that, you'll be prompted to enter in your payment information including your name, address, phone number and the credit card number you wish to use. You can also choose which type of credit card – rewards or debit card – you'd like to apply for.
Once you've completed your profile, you can start applying for the credit cards that you qualify for. There are no forms to fill out – all it takes is a couple of minutes of your time filling them out. Once your application is approved, you'll receive a confirmation in the mail to notify you that you have been approved. You can then check your account anytime you want to make sure your credit card payments are accurate.
To speed up the approval process, many people have turned to the online application process. This way, you can do it from the comfort of your own home and you can complete it in a few simple steps. You don't even have to leave your home. The online service can usually get your application approved in a matter of hours. It's a great way to ensure . . . . . . that you're never denied the credit you deserve.
